We proudly offer English riding lessons for both children and adults, specializing in hunter/jumper and dressage.
Our barn is located in Milton, Ontario—easily accessible from Guelph, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Georgetown, and Mississauga. Whether you're looking for a new barn family, want to try riding for the first time, wish to join the show team, or you're thinking about getting back into the saddle after taking time off, we welcome you to join us!

At BR Equestrian, we focus on helping our students become skilled riders in a positive and friendly atmosphere! Both private and group lessons are available. Our barn has two large indoor arenas for year-round riding as well as plenty of outdoor space to enjoy in the warmer months.

Our lesson program has a wonderful group of schoolies for every level of rider. Whether you're getting on a horse for the very first time or you're a seasoned competitor aiming for new heights, we'll match you with a horse that suits your needs so that you can safely develop your skills. Part boarding opportunities are also available for riders looking for more time in the saddle.

Your riding level will be carefully assessed so that your lessons can be structured to help you achieve your goals, whether you're riding just for the love of it or to compete. Not only will you learn be comfortable and confident with horses, but you'll also gain an understanding of how to work in true partnership to communicate effectively.

If you've never ridden a horse before, our Learn to Ride package is designed to get you started with confidence! This package consists of 8 one-hour sessions where you'll learn how to groom, tack-up, and be introduced to the basics of riding so you feel comfortable on a horse. You'll also learn your way around the barn and how to put your horse away after your ride.

$700+HST. This option provides new riders with 10 hour long sessions to learn the basics of horse care, behaviours and riding and to become comfortable around the barn.

$300 tax included for a package of four one hour group or 30 minute private lessons. We offer small group lessons with 3-5 students for hunter, jumper, or dressage.
This package is for the riders who wish to:
ride in more than one lesson per week
take part in our BR rider levels

$339 tax included for a package of four one hour lessons. We offer small group lessons with 3-4 students for hunter, jumper, dressage and eventing.
This package is geared to riders who wish to:
ride in more than one lesson per week
take part in our BR rider levels
enter in-barn shows and clinics and off property events
access to our horsemanship programs
participate in free rides/part board options
take part in EC rider levels
enter our in barn shows/clinics/of property events
