Cancellation Policy
We'll miss you!
BR Equestrian has limited availability for lessons in order to accommodate each of our riders and ensure the proper care of our horses. Many of our lesson slots are booked days in advance. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 48-hours before your scheduled lesson if you are unable to attend. You may contact us between the hours of 8am-8pm to cancel.
BR Equestrian will allow a maximum of one makeup lesson per month Students who miss a lesson are permitted 1 (one) cancellation per month. Students or parents must email their missed lesson request form to info@brequestrian.ca at least 48 hours prior to the lesson. Absences due to illness will be treated as the cancellation for the month. The make-up lessons will be scheduled once and must be made up within the month of the cancellation unless a special exception is granted.
If a lesson is cancelled by the instructor, a make up class will always be offered. No other make-up lessons will be offered going forward. If the lesson is running, you are expected to attend, or you forfeit that class.
Monthly tuition is still due in full when students miss their lessons.
